How do I order online?

To order online, click on our home page, and select either “Delivery” or “Pickup” at the top of the page. Enter your address, and you will be directed to the nearest Double Pizza. You can now begin adding menu items to your cart, and check out by clicking the “CHECKOUT” button in the top right corner of the page.

How do I see the nearest store?

From our home page, select either “Delivery” or “Pickup” at the top of the page. Enter your address, and you will be directed to the nearest Double Pizza.

Why is no store showing up when I enter my address?

First, make sure that you have entered your address correctly. If you’re still not prompted with a location, or is says there is no store near you, you are located outside of our delivery zones. You can still enter the site and select a store to pick up from.

How will I know when a restaurant has received my online order?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, with the details of your order and an order #.

Who do I contact to make changes, or cancel an order?

To make changes to your order, or to cancel, please contact our call center at (514) 343-0343.

What happens if my pizza is late or never arrives?

If your order is late, or still has not arrived, please call us at (514) 343-0343.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If your there is a problem with your order, please call us right away at (514) 343-0343.

Can I pay for my order online?

We currently do not offer online payment. You can pay either at the store upon pickup, or at the door when your order is delivered.

How many Double Pizza locations are there?

We have 14 Double Pizza locations throughout Greater Montreal.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Please make sure your cart meets all of the minimum purchase requirements, including the minimum purchase amount indicated in the email you received with your coupon code. Please also verify that is has not expired.

My coupon code is still not working, even though I meet the required minimum purchase!

Please make sure you have added any FREE items to your cart. The discount will be applied at checkout.

How do I sign up to earn rewards and loyalty points?

You can sign up by entering your information on our Loyalty Program website page, or by checking the box when placing your online order, indicating that you would like to Opt-In.

How do I find my coupon codes?

You can search which coupon codes are associated with your account when you are checking out online. Simply enter your email address when prompted, and your coupon codes will appear.
